During your full examination, you can expect a professional cleaning along with an oral cancer screening, digital X-rays or traditional X-Rays and DiagnoDent for cavity detection.

When you visit our office for your checkup, you will receive a professional cleaning. Any built-up plaque will be removed from the hard-to-get-to places you may miss with a regular toothbrush. A professional-grade paste helps to extract stains from your teeth, leaving them with a bright polished look.

Dr. Guillot will also need to see what is happening below the gums. This ounce of prevention will allow us to diagnose potential issues before they become a painful and expensive problem. We use both traditional and digital X-rays to get a picture of your overall dental health.

DiagnoDent is new state-of-the-art technology that uses fluorescent laser light to find hidden cracks and fissures in your teeth. The procedure is completely painless and helps to find cavities much earlier than traditional methods.
